Artificial intelligence is changing the way real estate works.

How much do you know about artificial intelligence (AI) in the real estate industry? For many years, buyers have been able to search for listings on the internet through many different resources. However, technology is always evolving, and now these search features have been too. I would even go so far as to say that AI is starting to take command over internet leads.

When a consumer goes onto a search site to look at homes, they can put in their desires to narrow their search. These qualifications can include things like how many bedrooms or bathrooms the home has, its location, if it’s near a school, its price range, and more. Now, AI will start to see those qualifications and show you ads for homes that might interest you.

This change will affect a lot of things. Now, you might get a better algorithm searching for you, and Realtors will have an easier time finding homes you might want, which will speed up the process for the buyer. This is all because of the advancement of technology.

“AI changes are coming faster than you might think.”

Since I work with Keller Williams, the leading company in technology right now, I can give all of my clients access to the amazing Keller Williams app. It doesn’t have MLS borders, so your search isn’t limited. This is particularly good for people who are moving out of the area. If you want to take a look at this app, you can click here for instructions on how to download it.

As for the future, I believe AI will eventually be able to predict the prices of homes. Changes like that will come faster than you might think, so get ready. Plus, you won’t be able to turn off AI, so be prepared for that.

If you want to buy a home or have questions about this evolving business, don’t hesitate to call or email me. I’m always happy to talk to you!
