Experts are predicting a steady climb of just 2% to 4% per year over the next few years, depending on location. That means the wild price spikes are behind us, but home values are still expected to appreciate moderately over time.

Lower interest rates. This shift is making monthly payments more manageable for many buyers. If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines waiting for better conditions, now’s the moment to revisit your search.
