Right now, there are hidden opportunities that many buyers are missing just because they’re stuck focusing on the wrong things.

Buyers, now is your time to act. Let’s clear up a big myth. A lot of people believe they can’t afford to buy a home right now, but that’s not true for everyone. Interest rates have recently dropped a little, which means your monthly payment could be lower than you think. There’s also grant money coming into the market that can help with your down payment. That’s free money you might qualify for, but it won’t be around forever.
